The REALTOR®
I joined the Calgary Real Estate Board in 1988 and sold single-family homes exclusively. Important changes to the Condominium Property Act in 2000 caused me to become interested in condos. I have specialized in condominium sales and service since that time.
I completed all the specialized training courses created to protect my clients wanting to buy or sell condos. In 2006, I successfully completed the required curriculum to earn the CCS certification (Certified Condominium Specialist) with CREB (the Calgary Real Estate Board). I am a 'practice what you preach' kind of guy. I sell condos, have personally lived in condos, and have been the President of the 'Board of Directors' in the last complex I lived in. If it’s about Condos, and if “it’s just gotta be right!”, then I'm definitely the right guy to have working for you.

Fred Ferguson sells more units in my complex than any other Realtor. He claims to get you More Money and a Faster Sale when you List with him, and I’ve seen that happen so I chose him to be my listing agent. However, because of the small size and restricted design of my apartment, I worried that it might be a hard one to sell. My place is a studio with no proper bedroom window or even a closet.
My Results: It took almost two months but Fred got it Sold. I got an excellent price especially considering it was in the slowest selling market since I bought here in 2004, but the biggest deal for me was that Fred got it to SELL and I’m a very happy camper!
Two other units like mine which were on the market at the same time as mine are still Not Sold. At the time of this writing, TWO MORE UNITS have been listed making a total of FOUR identical condos For Sale now and they’re all just sitting there with no bites on them.
