My goal is to help consumers achieve the "American Dream" of home ownership. Background is in operations, underwriting and origination. I have my DE underwriting certification, graduated from Golden West College in California in 1985. I believe that people tend to enter the mortgage process with some level of trepidation and worry. My desire is to work with the consumer and offer solutions and make the whole experience seamless. I don't sell them, I educate them on the mortgage process as well as provide excellent service by my local team. In the past 14 years I escalated to top tier producer and branch manager. Throughout the years I managed 3 branches for Countrywide Home Loans while originating my own production. The most recent branch I managed in California, I grew it from a staff of 3 to 70 professionals and funding 1.2 billion per year. Trust and loyalty are important to me, therefore, I understand that my clients are people who entrust me with one of their most important life decisions.
My reward is when I see gratitude from clients and/or other people I help. In supporting the poor, widows and orphans locally and East Europe, I see the hope in the eyes of the people living below the poverty line. I'm involved with local organizations to help support inner-city kids and their families.

In my 23 years of mortgage banking, my experience extends through process and DE underwriting. Experience in VA, FHA, First time homebuyers, investment, construction to permenant financing and equity lines. Price ranges from low 100,000 to 3 million. I've working with real estate professionals that specialize in REO listings, relocation professionals, HR departments, Union workers, state employees, etc...
VA elgibility can be used over and over. The VA funding fee will vary from 1.25% first time use, up to 3.3% based on total loan to value on subsequent use.
