Hi everyone!
My name is Felix Hung. I grew up in Fairfax, VA, attended Fairfax High School, and received my associates from NVCC. After high school, I joined the US Army as a Combat Engineer and left for basic training and AIT on June 28, 1999 at Fort Leonardwood, Missouri. My first and only duty station while serving in the army was Fort Lewis, Washington in Pierce County Washington. I reported into Fort Lewis on Thanksgiving of 1999 and left June 2003. I still consider the Pacific Northwest as a second home and I go back often.
After returning, I went back to school and worked at my parents Chinese restaurant in Manassas, VA. I found a passion for real estate after reading a few real estate investing books. After that I was committed to learning as much as I could about real estate. This desire to learn lead me to find a job in the real estate industry. I was looking for real estate jobs and found one for a local builder looking for sales/marketing reps. Long story short, I applied, interviewed and was denied. Angry at their decision, I signed up for real estate classes with Moseley that day and was fully licensed one month later.

I started my real estate career in February 2004 and became affiliated with RE/MAX Distinctive in McLean/Arlington VA. I spent 5 wonderful years helping buyers and sellers in the Washington DC Metro area find their dream homes. After diligently working in the best interest of my clients, I decided it was time for a change of scenary. In 2009, I moved to sunny southern California and managed and trained several dozen real estate agents on how to property perform BPOs all over the state of California. The knowledge learned from this has helped to make me a better real estate consultant for SHORT SALES and REOs. Knowing the process that happens behind the scenes helps me to advise my clients on the potential pitfalls in short sales and REOs.
