There are actually two areas. Borrowers with challenges and borrowers with advanced incomes and assets.

Here's why. When I first got in the business I concentrated on challenged borrowers because I figured they would excuse my lack of experience. I was right. Then, about 7 years ago I reinvented myself to serve borrowers with great credit and higher networths. So the advantage is I completely understand both sides. For any real estate agent it makes it "one stop" shopping regardless of the type of client.

The other thing I do is make you, the real estate agent, look really good. I do this with a system of updates, faxes, calls, gifts, and emails that make all parties to the transaction thrilled. Bottom line for the agent is thrilled clients, increased reputation and more referrals. Not to mention that you'll make more money just on the tough deals I'll put together.
