I want each buyer or seller to enjoy the real estate process. Individual attention to your needs, education about the process, and understanding your goals is my focus.
I have earned the designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Graduate Realtors Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and E-Pro Certified.I am also a member of the Allen Hainge CyberStars and CyberProfessionals. These are two groups of real estate agents from across the United States and Canada. We work together to be on the cutting edge of technology and share information.
I fell it is important to help promote designations to other agents. It is a pleasure to work with other agents that have acheived this coveted designation. The education an agent receives my attending courses provided through CRS, benefits an agent in many areas. Agents become part of a referral network once they acheive their designation. This alone is a valuable area of membership.

I work with all levels of residential sales. Working with first time homebuyers is a joy. I love to educate them about the process which is information that will help them as they go forward in life. I guess that is why many of my sales are referrals from past clients and repeat clients. The best testimonial of doing a good job, is a referral to someone you know and care about.
These first time homebuyers remember me when it comes time for them to move up to their next home or their dream home. Each time someone enters into a real estate transaction, it is and important move for them. It doesn't matter how many times you buy or sell a home, it is still important and causes stress. I do my best to help eliminate as much of that stress as I can.
I am also a real estate investor that works with real estate investors. It's one of the best ways to build wealth. I also educate my clients to the benefits of owning investment property. It is very exciting to see someone begin their road to wealth and you were able to help them.
