"As a single woman on Maui, I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be able to afford my own home here. But, I decided I had to try.  Being a first time home buyer, with limited cash flow, I was extra cautious setting out on this adventure.  I interviewed four different real estate agents in my search for the perfect person to represent me.  It was not until I met Gina that I knew my search was over.   Her level of professionalism instantly won me over.  I could tell that she not only knows her market backwards and forwards, but she genuinely loves real estate. Our search began, and Gina was eager to show me the gamut of homes available.  However, with a budget of about $400k,  the search results were less than desirable.   I thought that, in order to just "get in" the market, I might have to completely give up on my list of must-haves: a large kitchen, high ceilings, and a peaceful neighborhood.   But, Gina had other plans.

Within a few weeks, I was closing on the property and moving in.  I think I was still in shock when Gina came over, beaming, to officially hand over the keys.  Six months later, here I am working on projects, happily turning the house into a home, and proudly taking stock of my huge accomplishment.
