Stephen Luta is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network, encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, 7,000 currently hold the CCIM designation.

Stephen Luta is a Florida real estate broker and is active in numerous real estate organizations: founding member and past President of Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP), Member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), Florida Association of Realtors International Group and has obtained two additional real estate designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).

Stephen has consistently ranked in the top all RE/MAX agents in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Chairman's Club, RE/MAX International highest sales award. He is a member of RE/MAX International's prestigious Hall of Fame.

Stephen with his wife, Margaret, and four children moved to Lee County, Florida in 1992 and have resided in Cape Coral since 1996. Stephen has a vast background and considerable experience in financial analysis and investments with 18 years experience as a futures broker and member of The Chicago Mercantile Exchange and The International Monetary Market.
