      I want to thank you for the wonderful job you did in staging our home.  We had two offers within two days and had a final offer within just four days.   

      I feel that the benefit we received by staging the house was that all of the features of our home were shown to their best advantage.  I got feedback that people who came in noticed the architectural features, which in my mind, were a distinct selling point. The house made an instant impression on those that viewed it. People were able to immediately see the features of the house rather than my furniture.  

      Having the house sell quickly removed a lot of stress from the selling process.  I appreciated not having to be absent from the house repeatedly for customer visits and "open houses".  I also feel that we were less subject to competition from other properties in the area.  We did not have buyers going back and forth from our house to others and comparing one to the other, thus delaying the sale.

You were right!  Staging does sell homes faster.

After having eight open houses, three months passed with not one offer and very few visits.  I knew I had to do something to make this beautiful renovated, epmty home more appealing.  I suggested to my vendor that we should stage the house.  Two weeks later, the house sold.

Fe, I am so grateful for all your hard work, and I look forward to our next project together.
