Bill comes from a long line of Florida natives. He was born in Naples and has lived most of his life on Florida's Gulf Coast. Bill got his MA up in Boston and lived in that area for a few years before returning back to his favorite place in the sun - Florida! 

Prior to devoting all of his time to real estate, Bill dealt with international investment management. His contacts all over the world have continued to be a marketing asset. He takes semi-annual international marketing trips to present our local listings to foreign investors.

Barbara-Jo grew up in South Tampa and attended the University of South Florida where she obtained her MA in Social Science Education.  After living in Europe for 17 years it was time to come back to the States and enter the teaching field in Pinellas County.  

While in Europe I learned to speak German, which is an asset in this business. Needless to say, those years overseas provided a diverse business background. All of this adds to our teams international marketing abilities.

In November, 2006 we received a phone call from Barbarajo regarding the sale of our home in Punta Gorda, Florida.  We met with her the next day, and her personality was outstanding.   We knew the selling market was slow, but Barbarajo never once looked at that or said to us "You know that the market is bad."  She listed our home and within one month had an open house. 

The home was busy with prospective purchasers, but no offers.   Barbarajo continued to market our home in the newspaper, radio and flyers, etc.   In August, Barbarajo came to our home with a couple that were visiting the area.  We had an offer the next day.  The house was sold 3 days later.
