My wife Micah, and I, live and work in Ridgway, CO. We have two small children John who is 3, and Maggie who is 1. I have been in real estate since 2004 beginning with RE/MAX of Farmington, NM. My family and I moved to Ridgway in 2005 to recieve an offer to partner with the managing broker, Rob Hunter, of RE/MAX Cimarron Realty. Myself, Rob, and Dorla Hunter work as a team serving primarily Ouray and San Migeul Counties. We specialize in luxury and investment homes and land.

My wife, Micah, is a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist working with the Uncompahgre Board of Cooperative Services. She travels to local public schools throughout the week helping to assess/treat children with Speech and Language development delays. We love to ski, camp, ride our mountain bikes, and most of all play with our children. We attend the Ridgway Community Church and serve on its Board of Servants looking for oppotunities to enrich the lives of the community in Ridgway any way we can.

Specialized Training:

 As a Certified Residential Specialist, or CRS, I have completed extensive training on how to evaluate the residential market when advising buyers and sellers. Also, I have met the volume requirements to be awarded this prestigous designation. Less than 5% of all realtors nationwide have this specialized training and knowledge. I am part of a community of over 30,000 Realtors world wide who help one another stay cutting edge with the latest residential real estate knowledge available.

The e-Pro certification represents a top level knowledge of the Internet as it pertains to real estate. I have completed a rigorous training schedule to increase my knowledge how to best use the web to better serve my clients. The e-Pro certification is the official Internet certification of the prestigous National Association of Realtors.
