Real Estate has been a family tradition in the Marks' family since 1949. Three generations of the Marks' family have been heavily involved in Real Estate. Linda and Freddy are motivated by the desire to innovate new marketing techniques for their Sellers.
It is in their DNA to identify and develop unique selling opportunities out of what, to the untrained eye, might appear to be nothing. This has been Freddy's tradition for over 30 years; ever since his very first real estate transaction at the age of 19.
In addition to the unique Sutton West Coast Realty Marketing tools, the 3A Network Group delivers a specialized and sophisticated European Marketing package for property marketing in the old countries. Both Linda and Freddy speak fluent English and German, as well as some Dutch.
Freddy was deeply involved in the European expansion of the No. 1 Real Estate franchise system, establishing more than 1,000 offices in Europe.
His experience in markets, such as Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Spain and Switzerland, as well as their ongoing marketing efforts and close connection to many real estate agents in Europe, has resulted in sales month after month.
Freddy's extensive background, and his personal contacts in the European community, gives him a unique position in the Canadian real estate industry. Freddy holds an MBA degree in Real Estate Economics from the University of Kiel/ Germany.
Linda was raised and educated in Germany, and joined the family business in 2008. She learned early in her life that all long term business relations are built on trust. This trust relation has been the cornerstone in their family business for decades.
Because family roots in the real estate business run deep, Linda is able to access a huge network overseas, including attending Real Estate trade shows in Europe on a regular basis.
In February 2009, Freddy and Linda signed a Contract with 3A Makler Netzwerk Blumenauer in Munich / Germany to represent the 3A® Network in North America. This Cooperation has offices in countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain and Malta, and offers a support and training system to their realtors. This affiliation allows for maximum exposure of properties for buyers and sellers.
