About Us:

I am a Financial Consultant and the founder of Yesterdays Mortgage (formerly Yesterdays Foreclosure) and have been helping homeowners with Mortgages, Financial Analysis, Mortgage Relief, Short Sales and Default Resolution since 2003. I provide education services to homeowners in order for them to make an informed decision as to whether a modificaiton is the right financial decision for them.

I created a DIY manual, The Psychology Behind a Loan Modification and my current project includes the Mortgage and Financial Stability Analysis. I am also a designated 3rd Party Advocate with Bank of America

I am one of the nation's leading authorities on loss mitigation strategies.  I have a wealth of knowledge and my persistence has successfully led thousands of homeowner's affected by the current mortgage crisis in a positive financial direction.        

I have been succesful with mortgage relief resolutions including loan modifications, short sales and deed in lieu's.

My “don’t take no” for an answer approach has gained me an un-measureable amount of success. Whether a request takes 30 days or 30 months, I have supported homeowners until a resolution is reached.

Over the years, I have also educated hundreds of Homeowners, Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers and Real Estate Agents and has conducted more than 1,000 Loan Modification and Mortgage Relief cases. Aside from my Real Estate experience, my background also includes 10 years of negotiating IRS penalty and interest assessments for corporations, and 20 years in accounting and finance, payroll and human resources.
