Teresa and her husband, Ruben, of 21+ years, have been a vital part in the lives of their two children, Jeremy and Stephanie. Jeremy is 17 and with a 5 handicap, is a top player for the Randall High School Golf Team. Stephanie is 16, enjoys competition cheerleading, being on the Randall High School Softball team, hanging out with her friends and of course, shopping with her Mom at the Mall. The Franco clan enjoys traveling together on planned trips to places like Florida´s Universal Studios, Puerta Vallarta, Cozumel and Cancun, Mexico. Teresa enjoys watching her husband and son play golf and most of her free time is spent enjoying her large "Franco" family and vast amount of friends as much as possible.

I recently purchased a home in October of this year.  Teresa Franco was my Realtor.  I enjoyed having her as a Realtor, and I would use her again.  She is honest, cheerful, and friendly.  Teresa was open to all of my suggestions, and never hesitated to show me a house I requested to see.  I never felt pushed or pressured into buying a house or looking at a house.  In addition, she was completely honest with me, even going so far as to discuss reasons why I should not buy a given house, for example: the neighbor hood was not very nice, or the walls had structural damage, etc.  Because she really took the time to look over the houses and discuss them with me, it made me more secure in my decision to buy.  Once I found my home, she was handled the buying process in a fast and professional manner.  As I first time homebuyer, she took the time to go over all the information with me and ensure I was comfortable with the process. Even after the final purchase, she took the time out of her schedule to come and check on me and make sure things were going well.

My experience with Teresa Franco, Realtor with Keller-Williams, was fantastic.  She was very professional, organized, prompt, and a joy to work with.  She did not rush me in any house that we were viewing. She questioned me and knew the price range and my likes and dislikes, so we did not waste time looking at houses in which I would not be interested.   She was always on time to the minute when she picked me up at the motel.  She had great notes on each house and stuck to a time schedule in the viewing of each.  She was aware of and made sure that she locked doors and turned off lights in any home that we viewed when we were finished.  I would highly recommend her as the best realtor in Amarillo.
