About Us:

I am the founder of RealData® Inc., www.realdata.com, a software firm serving real estate investors, developers and agents since 1982.  

Our flagship product, "Real Estate Investment Analysis, Standard Edition," is now in its 14th edition.  This program is designed to help income-property investors analyze such properties, structure partnerships, and produce presentations to buyers, sellers, lenders and equity partners.  We also produce analysis software for commercial and residential development projects, as well as a variety of financial tools.

Our site, www.realdata.com, also focuses on educational content for investors and developers.  We publish a free e-newsletter, with currently more than 9,000 opt-in subscribers.

I am also the author of "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow…," now in its second, updated edition, as well as the just-released "Mastering Real Estate Investment: Examples, Metrics and Case Studies."

I teach real estate finance in Columbia University’s Master of Science in Real Estate Development program.
