My daily focus is squarely on Branch Business, National Accounts, Realtors, Builders, Developers, Relocation Firms, National Recruiting, and of course my loyal dedicated customers!  Frankly it has been a challenge bridling my excitement and enthusiasm; and without taking up too much of your time I'm compelled to at least share some highlights:

About Me and My Expertise

 I am a 29 year old "Go Getter", and welcome just about any challenge! :-)

I currently am employed by a state savings bank, a member of FDIC, co-managing/owning a National Mortgage Branch here in Denver Colorado.

I manage the Commercial Division for the branch,where I structure,negotiate, pre-qualify borrowers, and pre-underwrite all commercial transactions for our branch.

I have a solid back ground in Residential RealEstate purchase and refinance, as well as completed Realtor licensing 2 years ago. (I currently do not possess a realtor's license as it is a conflict of my bank's policy)

My current focus, for the past 3 years, has been commercial real estate where I assist the borrower in securing financing for as little money out of pocket! Creative financing is the name of the game, and if I can get you a cash flow property with no money out of pocket (through traditional financing methods, nontheless), then I have done my job! :-)

I am currently searching for buyers and Realtors who are focusing in the Multi-Family sector with purchase loan amounts between $1MM-$30MM! I can lend in all 50 states for commercial RE, and if you would like to referr any of your residential business to me, we can lend in 49 states, and I would be more than happy to personally place your client with my most experienced loan officer and Regional Sales Manager!
