Description
Managing Broker for a dynamic group of real estate professionals who are good at what they do and have fun doing it.

About Us:

As the Managing Broker for John L. Scott's Poulsbo office I have the honor of working with some of the best agents in Kitsap County. Though I have 19 years as an agent, assistant manager, state certified instructor, managing broker, general manager and co-owner of multiple offices I can honestly say I learn something new every week. No two transactions are alike nor are any two real estate agents or how they approach their business the same. The challenge I love is respecting each agent and how they approach their business and learning how I can fit into their plan so that I can help them reach their goals.

How I help my agents

The agents in our office are our customers. I respect the fact that each day they choose to work with me and John L. Scott. Myself and our support staff work diligently to provide the tools and environment that help agents grow their careers.

Momentum is everything, for the individual agent as well as an office. Momentum breeds success, successful agents have fun, are more relaxed, which leads to more success.

Specifically in our office we focus on:
Informative, educational business meetings
Weekly training
One on one coaching
New agent action track training
Marketing tools to help agents and their customers
Helping agents with transaction coordination
Supporting agents with listing coordinators

Thank you for your time and sound advice today. I appreciate your professionalism very much.......from an agent from a competing firm who turned to me for advice.

Thank you for all the time you have given me this past year. I feel so blessed to having you for my broker......from one of my current agents.

I am very thankfull to you for your leadership & inspiration. You are a great person & broker......from one of our current agents.

This is just a short note to let you know how pleased I am at how well things are operating here in the office. You are doing an outstanding job and I know without question all the agents & staff feel the same way! We truly appreciate the job you are doing and with the care and expertise you are providing. Your decisions in managing this office are sound and considerate of the many needs we place on you...........from one of our agents.

Having typed the above in I'd like to make two points:

1) Of all the tools, gadgets or techniques that we have at our disposal the most important thing I can give to our agents is my time.

2) Above are but a few of the many notes and cards I've received over the years. I keep them in an envelope in my drawer. They are a great resource when I find myself questioning my service or my job. I hope you build a similar envelope to inspire you.
