I am professional, knowledgeable, bilingual (Spanish) hard working, motavated, creative, honest and hate to give up on a loan..... I will do all that I can to "Close your loan", the hardest thing for me is to say no!  So trust in me, if there is a HOME LOAN out there I can find it for you or your buyer...... I do work with more than 25 agents in the area, I am interested in assisting more motivated Buyers, Real Estate Agents or Builders looking for a Preferred Lender.  When working with Agents I do have a moto "if I get the pre-qual in before 3pm I will have you a answer before the end of the work day"!!!  I also pride my-self in my approvals and don't like bust outs or to waste anyones time.. So you can expect from me a quick and painless home buying experiance.  If your not getting a loan commitment with your current lender then maybe you can give me a chance to earn your business. 

Areas of Expertise

I would say that I am a expert in "Creativity" I have closed so many loans that have been to 2-4 lenders.  I can also say that I specialize in High LTV's, and minimum down payments for all credit scores.  I think that the key is listening and knowing the loan products available.  I know that there are so many different loans out there and they are created for all different types of buyers.  So each application is different even if the credit is the same and all loans need to be analysed individually.  So if your interested in a HOME LOAN wheather a FIRST TIME HOME BUYER OR EXPERIANCED BUYER or you want to REFINANCE your current mortgage. Please give me a shot I will do all I can to leave you satisfied in the end. 

Secondly and not less important I do understand that communication is the key to success in this business and can honestly say that answering the phone is one of my biggest positives... At times agents are surprised that every call is answered and I take so much pride in answering the phone because everones call is important to you me and the client. I know that the stereo type for Loan Officers will not answer the phone when there are problems but I have learned to address the issues before it is too late.  So I try not to wait to give the agent or client the update good or bad and at all times.  There is nothing like trying to buy a home and not know what is going on, as if it weren't stressfull enough.

   I fund many different types of loans both Commercial and Residential.  Commercial construction, Purchases, or Refinancing available for business Owners or Investors.  Residential construction, purchase,or refinances both Conventional and FHA loans for First Time Home Buyers or seasoned professionals.  Including all property types: Single Family, Investment loans (Single Family, 2-4 plex's, Apartment Complexes, Church loans, Shopping Centers, Gas stations, etc.)
