About Us:

Hello, again my name is Frank Passarelli. I moved here to North Carolina approximately One year ago. I recently received my Brokers license over the summer of 2007 and I have been working closely with my realtor who sold me my new home right here in Pittsboro,NC. Chatham County is a great place to live and work. By living in a community such as ours and working in it also has its advantages, you are able to get acquainted with your neighbors no matter what their distance is to yours. I moved here from New York last year, after visiting NC for many years I decided thats where i wanted to live. Relocating for me was relatively easy since I had to retire from my line of work in NY. I was in electrical construction for approximately 27 years. Due to a back injury I had to retire from that line of work and seek something more relaxed that didn't demand a crazy work schedule or work load, as i couldn't do it any longer. I had my master electrician license in NY of which I will also be retiring this year.

Areas of Expertise

Well to get started, As per above I was a Master Electrician in NY for 13 years. I was in the electrical field for over 27 years. I have since retired from that and i entered the Real-Estate field just over this summer. Having many dealings with real estate professionals for at least 3 transactions so far in my lifetime I decided that i wanted to join in on helping others find their dream house such as i did. Familiar with buying and selling i decided to take " The Class", Pre-licensing. After receiving my license I also decided to finish schooling with the Post- licensing education right after which i am currently doing today. Schooling helped me learn this field and with continuing my education I plan on educating as many clients / customers as i possibly can.
