Here at Frank Rubi Real Estate the investment division is the core of all operations. We treat every transaction as if it was an investment. We are always searching for real estate investment opportunities in all segments of the industry. The entire team works to support real estate investments. We utilize knowledge, experience, information and technology to find and execute real estate transaction in profitable manner.

We deal with various types of properties. These property ranges from distress single family residence, condominium conversions to multi-family property. After purchasing these properties many things may happen. Each purchase is properly access and ultimately place with the sales team for the disposition of the properties.

We have since 1980 purchase and sold various types of property. This experience has allowed us to compile a data base of investor's. This has allowed us to be position to purchase or help clients purchase opportunities as they arise.

Our investment division strategy is to identify real estate opportunities. Acquire the opportunities and restore them to a highest and best use and maximum value.
