Fran is a native of Kentucky who relocated to Nashville in January of 2002, and has been affiliated with Prudential Woodmont Realty since her TN licensure in 2003. A lifelong ‘learner', she takes several hours of continuing education each year...keeping abreast of the ever changing real estate industry.
As an Accredited Buyers Representative and a member of Prudential's Destination Services Relocation team, Fran streamlines the buying process with her technology based background, allowing out of town buyers the ability to view properties online, negotiate and receive important documents electronically; thereby simplifying the long distance buying process. With local clients, Fran listens closely and searches tirelessly to find the home perfectly suited for them. She particularly likes working with 1st time home buyers, and loves the satisfaction of helping people achieve home ownership.
As a listing agent, Fran has worked with national companies HouseValues.com/JustListed.com and has a keen awareness for current Nashville neighborhood market values. This provides sellers with solid listing price strategies and shorter "Days on Market" for potential selling clients.

Fran lives in the Bellevue area of Nashville, with her cats Twitcher and Tommie Marie, and loves to ride her Arab/Quarterhorse cross Sebastian. Her passions are travel, ballroom dancing, photography, college sports, and hiking. She serves on two different Home Owner Association boards in the Bellevue area, and attends Bellevue Community Church. Fran actively participates in church activities and Bible Studies. She had volunteered with the Mayor's First Day Event, Habitat for Humanity, Soles for Souls, the TN Baptist Children's Homes,One2One and The Wounded Warrior Project.
