My real estate and banking career began in 1988 when I first obtained my real estate license, therefore I am well rounded in my knowledge when it comes to residential real estate, mortgages and financing in general, as well as loan modifications and short sale transactions. I was a loss mitigator and an asset manager for a financial institution during the 90's. While I welcome all types of clients, I specialize in residential real estate transactions, first time buyers, trade-up and trade-down buyers.
