Description
I am a Real Estate Professional and Financial Consultant with over 25 years of retail, commercial and international finance experience. My goal is to educate and help clients make informed decisions

Knowledge is Power

The entire housing market has shifted and now instead of everyone wanting a piece of the American Dream-home ownership-we are all scrambling to salvage what we can and hold onto our homes, credit and sanity.  If misery loves company then misery is very very happy-literally millions of homeowners are in toxic loans set to blow up over the next 2 years.

Homeowners need facts and solutions-fast!  The government is stepping into the fray at an unprecendented level to offer subsidized programs in an attempt to stem the flow of foreclosed and abandoned homes all across the country.  Certainly, these programs will help a percentage of the distressed homeowners, but what about the rest of us?

I have over 25 years of finance experience, wholesale, retail and international.  I have compiled the most complete and comprehensive Guide for troubled homeowners available to address the options available to stop foreclosure by modifying their current home loan into new, affordable and sustainable payments.  The Complete Loan Modification Guide handbook is a must read for every homeowner desperately trying to find a way to save their home.  No hype-just facts and detailed instructions, forms and information.  Get informed and Get going now to save your home!

Keep Learning!

The internet is a great source of information-just be careful when surfing the web-remember there is no "truth meter"-alot of information is incomplete or just plan wrong.  Just because it is in print doesn't mean it is correct.  It is up to the consumer to do their due diligence to check out and verify information found online.

Certainly, before you pay anyone for a product or a service, check it out and make sure you feel comfortable with the terms of the sale.  Unfortunately, the internet has it's share of scam artists just waiting for naive or trusting folks to pony up their money.

I use the internet all day long and frankly don't know how we managed before WWW-when used responsibly you can learn about and locate just about anything you might need while sitting at your computer in your pj's.  Gotta love that!
