Front Porch Homes is a new presence in the Waco community over the last few years, but there is really nothing new except the name. Front Porch Homes was founded by Mark P. Felton II. He was born and raised here in Waco, Texas and comes from a Fifth Generation Texas Ranching family. Hard work, traditional values, and an appreciation for the land are the foundation for his background. As a result, those same attributes have been translated into a new beginning in the building business and the start of Front Porch Homes. The concept is to bring back the Traditional Architecture of the past, integrate it with all of the modern amenities, and build a house in a way that compliments the surroundings for generations to come.
