Bryan Kelly has extensive experience teaching mortgage classes through First Time Homebuyer Seminars and the Chicago Association of Realtors. He is dedicated to helping homebuyers understand the pros and cons of the different loans programs (Fixed, Adjustable, Interest Only, Combo, PMI, etc...) and their break even points, and helping homebuyers make the best decision for their specific needs. His superior level of service has led his business to become primarily by referral. He is dedicated to making your home buying experience a pleasant one.
Working for one of the largest mortgage bankers in the country, Professional Mortgage Partners (PMP), Bryan Kelly has access to over 70 lenders to find you the best program and rates. Consistent high volume of loan originations mean we can negotiate better rates with our lenders for you. PMP is a mortgage banker. This means we process, underwrite, and close loans with our own funds, so you will never have to wait at the closing for a wire transfer. More control over the entire process means better service for you. We also have the ability to broker loans when it's best for you, the client.
