In 2006 the Sun Sentinel recognized Eric Miller for selling two of the largest waterfront estates of the year. The owner of Prudential Florida First referred to Eric in the article as a "workaholic who would do anything for his customers". Though we were sincerely proud to be recognized as luxury experts, and are members of the Luxury Division of Keller Williams, we are also proud to have sold over 50 other Fort Lauderdale properties that same year, and every year since. I guess you may say we know and understand this market when we can successfully service buyers from $200,000 to $4,000,000 and make sure they all receive award winning service. Eric Miller is currently an invited member of the Broward County Master Brokers Forum, which is an oganization of peers. Their are numerous qualifications for membership and I remember well that the first time I was invited to join I needed to let them know that I did not meet the tenure requirement. I was still very honored to have been invited. In Florida there are two levels of licensing, real estate agent and broker, Eric Miller is licensed as a real estate broker but works as a real estate salesperson. The team specializes in East Fort Lauderdale, but has serviced clients from Miami to Boca Raton and West to Weston. We are writing to commend the wonderful job Eric Miller did as our agent for the recent purchase of our home in Wilton Manors. We originally contacted him in late April from California, and his attitude and responses impressed us enough to select him as our agent. He started showing us homes in early May, and patiently showed us properties as we worked through a changing list of priorities. His advise was always accurate and appreciated. Ironically we settled on the very first property Eric showed us, many houses and weeks later. We cannot say enough good things about how pleasant it was to work with a professional like Eric. He did his work thoughly and completely, making us feel at though we were top priority, all the while juggling his other cleints, and projects. We never detected any frustration or impatience, and we can be exacting. This is the seventh house we have purchased, and the entire process, including the closing transaction, was smooth thanks to Eric's constant surveillance.
