About Us:

I know how valuable time is!  I am a mother of two and a wife of one, smiles.  I love to have fun and know when it's time to get down to business.  I keep my customers informed of every move that I am making, when I am working, I am working for you.  I give you options and then we will talk about which ones will work best for you.  In today's society there are so many ways of getting things done quick.  One thing that I have learned in being a loan officer is to get things done quickly and ACCURATELY.  It's one thing to be quick but you also have to be right.  I am not perfect, but I strive to be the best at what I do.  This will not only make me satisfied but it makes my customers happy!  This keeps me happy when I can help someone acheive their goals and being honest while doing so.  I believe that honesty is a huge part of being a loan officer.  I strongly beleive that what goes around comes around.  So I treat people the way I want to be treated.   I hope you will allow me to introduce you a new experience!  I have a satisfaction customer service rating of 98.9%, experience it!

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in a lot of things.  The one thing I love to do is to help customers purchase their home.  I help them acheive their dreams.  I can handle refinances, obtaining cash, debt consolidation, and lower payments on your existing mortgage.  These are just a few things that I can do to help my customers save money.  For example, I had a customer that had two mortgages and the second was a HELOC (home equity line of credit), the rate on the second increased to 11.45% rate.  When I completed my customers refinance, he/she had enough money to pay off all debt and walked away with a lower rate and a lower monthly payment.  This is what I love to do!

Felicia Toppin, is a woman of her word.  She met us at a restaurant and we had promised her we would call her.  Instead of calling her, we went out on our own to a lender and was promised this and that.  When it was all said and done we had to come out of pocket with $13,000 at closing.
