About Us:
My partner Amy Boxer and I have over 40 years combined experience in the furniture business in retail and as factory representatives. We created Welcome Home Furniture Rental and Staging in 2004 after seeing a real need for furniture rental specifically for home staging industry. We have a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Dublin Ca and can supply furniture for any style and size property. We know how to buy inventory and pass on a great value to our clients, the stagers. We deliver anywhere in the Bay Area. We supply furniture for every room of the house, as well as art, lamps, trees, rugs, outdoor, mattresses and bedding. Our rental contracts are for 1 month minimum and we have no dollar minimum. Real Estate agents love us because our inventory is selected just for home staging and we have such a large variety. When a client looks at their agents web site, they won't see the same furnishings in multiple properties.
Areas of Expertise
In addition to our furniture rental business, we specialize in staging vacant properties from condos to high end properties. We have a large variety of inventory and a talented team of designers on our staff. We follow all the current trends and colors and turn our inventory regularly. I spent 7 years setting up wholesale furniture showrooms in High Point North Carolina, the furniture capital of the world. From this experience I have created a talent for placing furniture properly in a home. The furniture placement can make the difference between an OK room and a fabulous room.
