About Me:

Before entering into the real estate industry I had several other jobs, that I think help me find people their next home, whether it's their first or their last.  Let me tell you about my previous jobs and how the experience translates into real estate.

I used to train people on how to use computers, or perform their jobs.  This has helped me in real estate by being able to explain the home buying process to first time home buyers, as well as explaining to people the contracts they are signing.  It's important to understand what's going on during the home hunt.

I have also done lots of work in the IT field, this helps me understand, use, and perhaps more importantly explain to my clients how they can use the technology to help them.  My previous work in IT has also taught me the value of being flexible.

Areas of Expertise

While I deal with all forms of residential real estate.  I really excel helping first time home buyers.  I take the time to walk them through the whole process of finding their first home.  I take the time to explain things, and am patient while showing them how everything fits together.  I have several lenders I can refer them to, so the first time home buyer can find a lender that they are comfortable with.  I have many inspectors that a first time home buyer can choose from.  I like to present buyers and sellers with options.  Giving them what I perceive to be the upside, and what they may want to watch out for.
