Viola3I began my real estate career in 1993 as a residential appraiser.  This knowledge and experience led me to commercial sales, leasing and property management, but I discovered my true joy was in residential real estate. Expertise

Viola3Geographically, I specialize in Thurston County which includes the main cities of Olympia (Washington State's capitol city), Tumwater and Lacey.  I also work with buyers and sellers in Dupont, Washington, which is located in the neighboring Pierce County, and is located about 5 minutes from the main gate of Joint Base Lewis McChord.

My clients are first-time home buyers and sellers, very experienced buyers and sellers looking to simplify, and military personnel relocating to and from Joint Base Lewis McChord.

The types of residential real estate I focus on are new construction, single family homes, condos, townhomes and manufactured homes.  I also have extensive experience helping buyers purchase bank-owned homes.
