About Us:

Angelic is the parent or umbrella for an global investment real estate brokerage practice and a global corporate real estate services practice.  Sponsored for Illinois licensure, I also work with high net worth friends on acquisition of downtown Chicago luxury residential real estate by request, a sort of passion hobby, since we live in a penthouse on Chicago's famed Magnificent Mile and are well known in that neighborhood. 

We do a variety of large investment real estate brokerage, mostly buy-side representation.  We do this around the country and in some international markets in office, hotel, retail, multi-family and industrial asset classes, for properties from $10 million to $500 million + in size.  our website is http://www.angelicrealestate.com/.  As an offshoot of this work we also do select private placement of equity investment for developers and other project sponsors looking for private equity or similar equity money partnerships.  Our affiliation as part of the JP Turner organization gives us the ability to fully underwrite and fill subscriptions to almost any kind of project.

Our corporate real estate practice (website:  http://www.angelic-cre.com/) is a full-service corporate real estate, "tenant representation" practice with experience in 45 states, 5 Canadian provinces and 18 countries worldwide.  Our reputation is for aggressive, creative and custom-tailored solutions to lower corporate real estate costs by as much as 40%, on owned and leased portfolios, and those made up of some of each.

Our residential work is conducted under the supervision of Keller Williams Gold Coast REALTORS who sponsors my license in the state of Illinois.  This residential work (website:  http://www.angelic-re.com/) focuses primarily on buyer brokerage representation in the Magnificent Mile (north Michigan Avenue), Streeterville, River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods of downtown Chicago (sometimes collectively included in the general area referred to as "Near North").  All our residential brokerage services are complemented by free interior design consulting services as well, which is particularly helpful for those who want to envision themselves fitting into (or remodeling/redesigning) the homes they are looking at. 

With over $1 billion in recent real estate transaction experience, it's hard to find a more experienced, knowledgeable or savvy real estate team anywhere.  Our in-house services for both divisions are complemented by a bevy of savvy real estate practitioners from all walks of life and expertise to create a team of true best-in-class services as desired by each client on a project-by-project or account basis.

Angelic Real Estate is the d/b/a of Gabriel Silverstein as a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin.  Gabriel Silverstein's Illinois real estate broker's license is sponsored by Keller Williams Gold Coast REALTORS.  Licensure in other states, provinces and countries is through other Angelic team members or through affiliate or partner organizations properly licensed in each jurisdiction of relevance.

Areas of Expertise

Our investment real estate brokerage is mostly buy-side representation, and focusses across the country and around the globe on office, hotel, retail, multi-family and industrial assets.  We represent buyers of a range of profiles, from opportunistic to stabilized properties.  Generally this ranges in the $10 million to $200 million + range, including properties up to $1 billion.

Corporately, we have worked on behalf of almost every major industry (financial, technology, government, legal, etc.) in 45 states, 5 Canadian provinces and 18 countries.  We work with owned and leased portfolios, transactionally and on a consulting basis, and have experience in every major asset class:  office, industrial, flex, biotech, medical, etc.  In addition to lease negotiating and purchases and sales, we also structure and place sale/leasebacks and other financial vehicles for corporate users.  We are know for providing the best service available anywhere to our clients.

Residentially, I only get involved in luxury and upper bracket real estate, more particularly buyers than sellers, though we of course have a full suite of seller services for our clients who are selling one home to move to another.  This is done via my Illinois real estate broker's license held by Keller Williams Gold Coast REALTORS.  Geographically we specialize, and work almost exclusively, in downtown Chicago's Magnificent Mile (north Michigan Avenue), Streeterville, River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods (all a part of the "Near North" area of Chicago), the place to live if you want to live in the premier area of downtown Chicago.  My life companion, angel, and I live in a penthouse atop Chicago Place at 100 East Huron, on the Magnificent Mile (above the Chicago Place Mall, a/k/a the Saks Building).  angel's knowledge of residential real estate from a non-brokerage perspective (design, architecture, etc.) as Angelic's creator/designer is very useful, and his eye and opinions come at no extra cost to all our residential brokerage clients (he could be retained separately for complete design services if desired).  His "pre-design" help will make sure you fit and can envision living in the units and homes you look at, or make suggestions on better staging your home for sale presentation.  We are aggressive and savvy negotiators for our clients and always determined to get our clients the best deals.  We hold your hand from start to finish and take all the hassles and worries of this important, and sizeable, purchase or sale away.

Overall, Angelic's practice lines have billions of dollars of recent real estate transaction experience.  That experience gets you results, the best results.

Testimonials

I love testimonials from clients, but what schmo can't get at least a few clients to say nice things about them?  My favorite testimonials are from those on the "other side of the table".  Here's one from a broker in Chicago, relating to an $18.2 million deal where I was representing the buyer of a three building apartment portfolio and he was representing the seller:

"Are you the buyer?  I thought you were their broker.  Why are you asking all these questions?  That's not your job.  Your job is to get them to buy it, why are you negotiating the deal?  If the buyer comes back with these questions, let them ask them later." 

Thank you, sir, for summing up why my clients are clients for life.  I've never believed that being a broker was about making an introduction and letting the client fend for themselves.  I'm not really a broker as much as a consultant, an advisor and a trusted team member.  If I don't bring the value of over $1 billion of personal completed transaction experience to the table in a way that my client benefits from my experience, I don't deserve to be hired, and I definitely don't deserve to stay hired for their next transaction.
