Our investment real estate brokerage is mostly buy-side representation, and focusses across the country and around the globe on office, hotel, retail, multi-family and industrial assets. We represent buyers of a range of profiles, from opportunistic to stabilized properties. Generally this ranges in the $10 million to $200 million + range, including properties up to $1 billion.
Corporately, we have worked on behalf of almost every major industry (financial, technology, government, legal, etc.) in 45 states, 5 Canadian provinces and 18 countries. We work with owned and leased portfolios, transactionally and on a consulting basis, and have experience in every major asset class: office, industrial, flex, biotech, medical, etc. In addition to lease negotiating and purchases and sales, we also structure and place sale/leasebacks and other financial vehicles for corporate users. We are know for providing the best service available anywhere to our clients.
Residentially, I only get involved in luxury and upper bracket real estate, more particularly buyers than sellers, though we of course have a full suite of seller services for our clients who are selling one home to move to another. This is done via my Illinois real estate broker's license held by Keller Williams Gold Coast REALTORS. Geographically we specialize, and work almost exclusively, in downtown Chicago's Magnificent Mile (north Michigan Avenue), Streeterville, River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods (all a part of the "Near North" area of Chicago), the place to live if you want to live in the premier area of downtown Chicago. My life companion, angel, and I live in a penthouse atop Chicago Place at 100 East Huron, on the Magnificent Mile (above the Chicago Place Mall, a/k/a the Saks Building). angel's knowledge of residential real estate from a non-brokerage perspective (design, architecture, etc.) as Angelic's creator/designer is very useful, and his eye and opinions come at no extra cost to all our residential brokerage clients (he could be retained separately for complete design services if desired). His "pre-design" help will make sure you fit and can envision living in the units and homes you look at, or make suggestions on better staging your home for sale presentation. We are aggressive and savvy negotiators for our clients and always determined to get our clients the best deals.
