About Us:
For me, there is nothing more rewarding and fun than working with people helping them achieve their real estate goals. My background which includes accounting, business management and cyber marketing require strong analytical and problem solving skills along with diligent follow-through. But most important, is recognizing the needs of each individual and keeping their needs as first priority. I also believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and I understand that buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful. That is why I work hard to remove as much stress as possible so that buying and/or selling can be a fun and exciting experience.
Areas of Expertise
I first began my career in real estate in 1985 and specialized in Jefferson County (west Metro Denver). However, my client base of the past 22 years has slowly relocated all over the Metro Denver area, from Parker to Broomfield as south and north boundaries to Aurora and Golden for the east and west boundaries. Another reason for my cleint base being scattered all over the Denver metro area is because my true passion is selling new construction homes. Selling new construction homes is it's own speciality and one of my area of expertise. It requires knowledge of all the new developments in addition to general knowledge of the residental construction methods, material and terminology, quality customer service and builder/broker relations.
