Gail's Designations
My designations include CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) where I rank with the top 4% of all real estate agents in the country, e-PRO - an internet based designation awarded for completing a course designed for 21st century internet skills required and where less than 1% of all real estate agents in the country, and MRE - Masters of Real Estate Society, an Arizona designation awarded for greatly exceeding the required minimum hours of continuing educaion. This group is less than 100 agents in Phoenix, quite an elite crowd.
In 2008 my focus in real esate turned to making Arizona's homes more energy efficient and comfortable. I completed the EcoBroker certification and I'm the 1st in Arizona to complete the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation.
I'm activly involved in the U.S. Green Building Council's Residential Green Building Committee, currently the REALTOR sub-committee chairperson.
I'm building a database of Green Builders, Energy Raters, Energy Saving professionals (products and services) as well as environmentally friendly.
In 2009, opened Green Home Properties where I am Broker/Owner.

Client Care! My listening skills are superior. I specialize in communities with views in the North Phoenix area. I work with home sellers who wish to move to larger or smaller homes. I am also a Certified Short Sale Negociator to assist home owners facing foreclosure. I work with first time home buyers. I assist buyers with new build homes informing them of the details that they have difficulties understanding when just browsing through model homes.
I have a database of builders, architects, contractors, energy auditors, inspectors, energy saving websites, tips and tools.
