Description
Residential real estate services for Buyers and Sellers in Shrewsbury and many surrounding communities in Worcester County. REALTOR® & Licensed MA Attorney Broker.

About Me:

The skill sets I have today were established in large part through prior employment in the fields of engineering and law.  They have been complemented with extensive real estate sales training and all together enable me to provide a high level of service and results for my clients.

It is important for me to not only perform in accordance with my clients' wishes, but also to ably advise them and to act as an advocate on their behalf to protect their rights and interests during the sale or purchase of a home.

The added value I bring in every case is based on developing an understanding of my clients' goals, applying local market expertise and working with a preferred network of seasoned professionals including, among others, real estate colleagues, attorneys, mortgage consultants and tradesmen.

I also recognize that a very important key to customer satisfaction is communication - I don't know anyone who likes to be ignored!

Delivering real estate success to my clients provides me great pleasure and I truly look forward to many more years in this business.

Please call or email me whenever you need real estate assistance.  I will always be delighted to hear from you!

A Personal Perspective on Real Estate

REAL ESTATE can be a difficult business even if you’re an experienced Buyer or Seller.  As a trained real estate professional, I still find that every day presents occasions from which to learn and grow.  My education never ceases whether it’s in the classroom or in the field.

Since the pitfalls of property transactions and resulting complications are numerous, I’ve made it my primary goal to be an informative resource for everyone with real estate questions.  On this page and also at my personal website - www.garybellinger.com -  there are many topics addressed and many answers provided.  The services of other professionals are presented as well.  If you do have questions, be sure to get some professional advice before you start autographing any paperwork.

Listed below is a short selection of literature that you should find helpful to the achievement of your real estate goals.  Feel free to download any of these files you find relevant to your current situation.   As I noted above, there's also a lot of good reading and reference material at my site, so you might want to take a little time to visit.

Of course, you can always contact me directly for special assistance with any real estate matter.  I welcome the opportunity to be of personal service to you.

Best wishes for your real estate success!
