We specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale real estate in the Desert Cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Desert Hot Springs, Indio and other cities in the Coachella Valley. We keep current of all transactions in these areas and enjoy finding the perfect property to fit our clients' lifestyles and needs.

We are also members of the Fine Homes International Network and recognized by the Fine Homes Specialists designation for additional education, experience and acheivement in both Listing and Selling homes priced in the top tier of our market areas. This has focused on advertising, marketing and closing sales and purchases of homes priced from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 and homes priced over $2,000,000. For this achievement, we credit our open-mindedness, listening skills and an understanding of the expectations of buyers and sellers in this spectrum of the real estate market.

We also enjoy sharing in the success of our clients when they achieve their goals of buying their first home or stepping up into a larger, nicer home or one that simply better fits their lifestyle. Personal
Gary Drake has lived and worked in Southern California since 1983 with a short time away to attend college. Visiting and loving the Desert for over 25 years, he gained a broad working knowledge of the local area, its culture and a way of life unique to the Desert.

Greg Thomas, an Orange County native, lived and worked in Laguna Beach for over 20 years. Several years ago, he foresaw the opportunity for tremendous growth in the Coachella Valley and set a goal to make the Desert his home.

Greg and Gary joined forces to form the Thomas and Drake Group with the goal of moving their business from Laguna Beach in South Orange County to the Palm Springs / Palm Desert area.

Every year since that collaboration, The Thomas and Drake Group has been named to the top five to seven percent of Comapny agents nationwide.
