- A Realtor® since 1978, Gary has counseled hundreds of home buyers and sellers. He listens, uncovers concerns then advises on possible options, allowing his customers to make informed decisions.

Gary's personal responsibility is to help clients understand the aspects of, and their options during the process of completing a home buying or selling transaction.
Gary serves the Arizona Association of Realtors® in his role as an active member of its Professional Standards, Legislative and other committees. He is a certified real estate instructor offering required credit hours to other licensees; and he is a past President of the Board of Directors for Community Information & Referral Service (CIRS), a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit agency serving Arizona citizens who are in need of health and human services and temporary shelter.
Gary is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Negotiations Expert, and a Certified Risk Management Specialist.
