I have changed the person I am through this wonderful business of Real Estate. I used to be the Corporate guy, bleeding for my company, doing whatever it took to climb the ladder of success, only to have it all collapse because our company was restructing. I jumped into Real Estate once I moved to Sacramento, starting out as a loan officer for a small company. I learned the ropes, spending every waking minute learning the industry, ins and outs from agents, title reps, escrow officers, Account Executives, whoever. I received my brokers license in 2005. I had sold one home to a buyer and sold one listing for a seller, while at my previous company, but had not learned much about what it took to be an agent. I quickly joined a local mom and pop shop where I received training and friendship from my current mentor. I progressed quickly, selling houses, working with buyers, and learning more and more about our current niche, the short sale and REO market. I am not affraid of the changes in our industry, as I am always changing and making myself a better agent through my research, transactions and affiliations.
Our team specializes in REO properties and short sales. I successfully closed over 100 transactions in 2008 with the help of my team. We believe that the community will thrive if everyone is helping one another. We are not in competition with one another, we are a community of people that help one another to survive and flourish in this down market. Our team is ever expanding and is always looking for new team members.
