I met Chris Fuller in 2007 while she was working at REMAX and I was struggling to keep up the mortgage payment on my investment property, because of a bad loan and the collapse of the real estate market. In March 2007, I was notified that I would be let go from the San Francisco Chronicle they were outsourcing manufacturing. I realized then that I was going to lose this property, because I could not continue to pay the mortgage on this property and my main home.
Chris was tenacious when working with the banks to ensure I received fair treatment and the best deal from the lenders who held the deed on my property. She also made sure that I was well prepared; all of my documentation was constantly updated, and was ready to hand over if the lenders requested. Chris was always one step ahead of the lenders, and I would recommend her services and guarantee that she will give you 100% percent of her time and energy to make your short sale a success.
Even after the short sale, closed Chris contacted one of the lenders on my behalf and re-negotiated the payoff even further from what was owed. I cannot say enough positive comments about Chris Fuller.
