At First Metropolitan Mortgage in Roanoke, Va. we don't advise normally on the vanilla everyday loans. Just because someone comes to us looking for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage doesn't mean that's what they really need. If your house is fine, but your finances could use some "renovating", I can walk you through a debt/cash flow anaysis. Through a simple consolidation loan, I may be able to free up hundreds of cash flow dollars each month that can now be used for debt reduction, savings, and investments.
