Areas of Expertise
I am a GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute. What this means is that I have completed classes specifically designed by the National Association of Realtors to assist realtors in assessing their unique markets and how to translate this to a competency enabling thier clients to benefit from this new expertise. In a nutshell, it is the "10 Commandments" of real estate.
I also have the ABR designation. This is "Accredited Buyer Representative." And this refers to the specific training required of today's savy and demanding buyers. Today's real estate consumers have very specific rights and they need to know what these rights are. I am compelled to make certain these rights and practices are clearly defined and practiced.
I also hold an "ERS" disignation. This training is offered by certian real estate franchises offering training specific to employees being transferred to new locations by their companies requiring very limited time restraints. I received this training from 2 of my former franchise affilations.
