I am a licensed Real Estate professional and specialize in long term relationships with my clients. I provide clear, concise information on buying, selling, leasing and property management in Arizona.

About Gaylen

I began my sales and marketing career in 1974 working with residential and commercial customers in the fence industry. I gained kowledge and expertise as a top sales professional from my National Sales Manager and Director of Sales positions for American Optical, Lehigh Safety Shoe Company and Varsity Contractors. I have extensive experience in working with residential and commercial property managers and REALTORS®. This work includes home and commercial building repairs and improvements, cleaning and landscape care. This gives me a unique perspective to buying, selling and property management of real estate.

I moved to Arizona in 1996 and lived in Scottsdale for 9 years, moving to Surprise 18 months ago.  I am past president of the Mission de los Arroyos Home Owner Association and currently serve as the treasurer on the Ashton Ranch HOA Board of Directors. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix, a broacast degree from the Western School of Broadcast and I am insurance licensed in California and Utah along with my Arizona Real Estate license.

Through education, career, and voluntary efforts, I have acquired a wealth of experience which gives you the "Selling or Purchasing Edge" in your real estate transaction.
