Licensed REALTOR® and Real Estate Advisor. Gina has been a local resident of the Fremont and Milpitas area for over 30 years. She covers all of Santa Clara County and Alameda County. The team focuses on Short Sales, Foreclosures, Multi-family units and Luxury homes. Since obtaining her licenses in 2002, she has successfully marketed and sold over 850 properties. Gina and the team have been recognized in the Wall Street Journal in 2008, 2009, and 2010 as one of the “Top 100 Real Estate Teams” in the nation. Gina has also been ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors in 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the East Bay.
