I have been in Residential Mortgage Lending for over 14 years and have consistantly been a top producing Loan Officer. My approach to Mortgage Lending is to educate the client and supply them with options to custom fit a mortgage to their specific needs. I believe in having a customer for life and have had much repeat business and personal referrals from my past client base due to the level of service that I provide. I always provide my cleints with the level of service that I would expect, which is why I have had such a successful track record over the years.
I specialize in all areas of residential lending including: refinancing, existing home purchases, condo conversions, new home construction end loans, construction draw loans, etc. I have had a very large focus on the new construction home arena over the years. I thouroghly understand the lending process for building a new home and know how to make it a smooth process for my clients.
