Professional History
Gene is a skilled negotiator with limitless experience in client-focused sales and marketing. Before joining Coldwell Banker in his hometown of Berkeley, Gene worked for 12 years in magazine and newspaper publishing. At CMP Media, Gene was the publisher of CADENCE Magazine, the world's largest computer-aided design magazine.

As a Realtor, Gene is a consistent top lister and one of Coldwell Banker's top producing agents over-all. He has won numerous awards including the Berkeley Association of Realtors' 2005 Realtor of the Year award. He is also on the Board of Directors for the association.

Gene has also been a guest speaker at the Coldwell Banker 2004 San Francisco Bay Area Business Conference as well as for the Berkeley Association of Realtors.
