What My Biggest Fans Have Said:
Nothing means more than the kind words and testimonials from past clients. Here are what a few of my clients have had to say:
“Maura did an outstanding job not only with helping to find the right house for myself and my family, as we are new to the Atlanta area, but she helped us through the entire closing process, which varies from state to state. She was very helpful in showing…and made sure we knew the pros and cons of all houses and neighborhoods in the area. Overall, we found the home with the best value that meets all of our requirements. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.” ~George K. McGann Vice President, Managing Director Pyramid Hotel Group
“Being a first-time homebuyer is, for the most part, a daunting task. Being a first-time home buyer and buying a short-sale could’ve been even worse…but Maura made the process so much more pleasant with her patience, fortitude, and knowledge. The process definitely was not easy, smooth, nor quick…there were many bumps and setbacks along the way. But Maura was there every step of the way; her positive attitude, warm smile and reassurance along with her knowledgeable explanations helping me remain patient in the situation. Maura went above and beyond to help me get into my new home, doing more for me than any other Realtor would have. In the end, it all came together, and I couldn’t be happier!” ~Rebecca Daley
“Being first-time homebuyers in the Atlanta area we were very unaware of the areas, neighborhoods, and ins and outs of purchasing a house. Maura led us through the process and we are now in a beautiful home. We went into the process with specific needs and wants for our first home and Maura not only meet our needs and wants but exceeded our expectations. She was able to provide us with all necessary contacts to “seal the deal”. Even after our home purchase, Maura continues to send us useful information for us as first-time homeowners. I would strongly recommend Maura for any of your real estate needs!” ~Corie and Jeremy Story
“If we had to do our sale all over again, there isn’t anyone we’d rather do it with than Maura Neill. During the 13 months it took us to sell our home in IN, Maura was so patient and kept our confidence up when we had trouble seeing the end. Once we got our offer, and we found our home here in Alpharetta, no matter what we ran into, Maura stayed calm and helped us overcome the obstacles. At times it looked like it wasn’t going to happen due to the home sale in IN, that until the final day at our closing we were doubting Thomas’s, and Maura made us feel like we were the most important thing she had to attend to, she never let us down. When we needed someone to meet the carpet cleaners and the painter, she was right here. And since we have moved to our wonderful new home, she has been such a friend to me, helping me locate good places to shop, restaurants, pet care, doctors, etc. There isn’t anything we have asked of her that she hasn’t had the answer and we really appreciate that. If you need a first rate professional realtor, call Maura, your needs will be met with a smile.” ~ George & Lori Jamrok
