I have been in Real Estate since 1990 and have seen many trends come and go both good and bad times. I am very dedicated to those that I serve whether you be a buying a home or have one that I am marketing for you. I guess the best way to describe my attitude towards what I do is that of a bulldog. I do not stop until I have exhausted every avenue possible to get answers to questions that may arise. I have developed many relationships over the years with lenders,title agency and attorneys along with other REALTORS and I am not shy when it comes to asking questions.
The other thing that sets me apart from others is that I am very attentive to what is going on during the process and if I sense that you may have a question or not understand something I will stop the process and either explain to you what is taking place or have the other party explain it to you.
