BIO:

George Pelyhe works and lives in Montreal, settling there in 1989. Previous activities in media related fields have taken him to numerous and distant places. Working as a freelance photojournalist saw him travel from Durban to Copenhagen to London and just about every other metropolis in between. Having witnessed developments in real estate in many cultural and political environments has given him a unique appreciation of the sometimes cyclical but generally rising values in the sector. Moving to Montreal from Vancouver and entering real estate in 1991 allows him to counsel clients who wish to buy property and invest in a city that so agreeably marries the ambiance of the French in North America with a proximity to Toronto, Boston and New York. Researching, negotiating and concluding successful sales and acquisitions in a bilingual setting let his clients from the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa profit from his experience.
