I've been a resident of the Lewis Clark Valley for over 30 years. After graduation for Lewiston High School in 1987.   

I started a career in the grocery business. After over 20 years in this field I believe I truly know how people want to be treated.  They want immediate attention, things to be laid out in plain english, and most of all courtesy and respect.  I have carried that over to my career as a Realtor.  I know how important it is to find a home that fits your needs so I will not waste your time by sending you several listings that I THINK you want to see, but instead, I carefully view each listing and show the ones that I KNOW  you will be interested in.  I will not give you the run around-I'll tell you the way it is.  I beieve honesty is the best policy.  When you deal with me, I treat you like family.

I have helped many first time buyers with the process of becoming a home owner.  From financing, to what comes next after the papers are signed. Being a child of seniors, and being probably the youngest adult in my family I also have a great deal of knowlege of what the older generation needs.  I know how hard it can be when a person is down sizing, and trying to move when all you can do is move at your own pace due to illness, or just plain age..

Lewiston and Clarkston is located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers, being the areas only seaport.  The area is often referred to as the "banana belt" due to the mild winters which allows for year round golfing, and fishing while only a short drive to snow skiing.  Named after the explorers Meriwether Lewis and William Clark,who first came in 1805, the area is full of history.  Both Lewiston and Clarkston are great places to live, raise a family, or to run a business.
