Being a Real Estate Professional is my full time career, it is my passion. I dedicate myself to listening to my clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the personal service that they expect and deserve. I am high-energy yet patient, conscientious, detail-oriented and genuinely concerned about my clients; always striving to earn their trust and loyalty. I believe in honesty and hard work, setting high standards and always striving for excellence. My goal is to be my clients trusted advisor, providing them with service that is above and beyond their expectations and in the end build a lasting relationship that will result in being their life-long Real Estate Agent.
Referrals
When I became a realtor, I knew of the traditional ways to acquire clients: cold calling, door knocking, holding open houses, manning the phones at the office, etc., but I wanted something more. I didn't want my job to be searching for people I could "talk" into buying a house. So I have built and continue to build my business off referrals. I dedicate my time and energy to my current clients and I find that by working off referrals from present and past clients my time can be used working with and for those clients instead of being out of the office soliciting business. The biggest compliment comes when my clients or other agents trust me enough to refer their family and friends.

There are many Realtors, so why work with me? One, I value my clients trust and I promise to work for them as if I was working for myself. I am reliable, personable, easy to talk to and genuinely love to help others. Secondly, because owning my own home has been one of the greatest joys of my life and I want to share that with others. And lastly, beyond my expertise as a realtor, my own life experiences help me to understand what my clients are feeling. I have been that nervous, anxious, scared first time home buyer, have had a house built, and have purchased that "fixer-upper". I have had the excitement of having our house sell the first day the sign went up in the yard, as well as the stress of having a home on the market for over a year. I have bought and sold in the same area, and have relocated across the country. Whatever my clients need - my personal commitment to them is that I will be aware of their emotions and desires and will do everything I can to make sure they have a successful real estate experience. I want to be not just their realtor, but their guide and mentor as they implement their lifetime plan for real estate ownership.
