I was born just outside Atlanta in the city of Roswell and have seen Atlanta change from a small town to a huge metropolitan area encompassing over 20 counties and more than 4 million people. This population explosion has resulted in a resurgence of many intown Atlanta neighborhoods previously left to decay. Many of these historic neighborhoods are now seeing a huge influx of residents looking to restore and reclaim areas such as Grant Park, Inman Park, East Lake, East Atlanta and the many other intown neighborhoods. As a matter of fact, many of these neighborhoods have already turned around and are true assets to the Atlanta area.
Downtown and Midtown Atlanta have also seen a huge turnaround in the past decade. Residents seeking to escape long commutes have flocked to the Atlanta core resulting in a huge demand for condos and town homes. This demand is being met by all the new construction that is happening on such projects as Atlantic Station, Plaza Midtown, Spire Midtown, Centennial Hill, and the Buckhead area.

| David & Motoe Haller "As careful researchers and investment-oriented home buyers, we had spent some time exploring the various communities of Atlanta for an optimal intown location with high potential for equity growth; deciding on the East Atlanta area, we then set about scrutinizing agencies and agents familiar with the area with the idea to employ a buyer agent. We came up with a name, Michael Wright, who worked with an agency we knew to be authorities in the area, Bo Bridgeport, and with a few calls and emails a great relationship was under way.
It should be emphasized that this was our first home purchase; it?s safe to say that Michael?s guidance through this process was invaluable. A tenacious bargainer, Michael was constantly on top of things from the get-go, asking tough questions, following up on every phase of construction (this was a house-in-progress in a new development), and educating us every step of the way, always accommodating our demands for information and action.
Of course, ability becomes most apparent when something goes wrong, and when our lender essentially ?dropped the ball? in putting our loan package together, Michael went beyond his duties in helping us get things back on track; the deal saved, we got through a potentially difficult closing with a minimum of bumpiness.
