We will use your own furnishings or lease to you our own furnishings and accessories that will compliment and enhance the style of your home. We will do all this to fit into any budget, any size, and any priced home.
We service the entire Phoenix area, including: Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Mesa, Peoria, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Chandler, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Anthem.
Our Philosophy:
To create immediate buyers interest to the greatest number of buyers, and to get your home sold faster than the competition for more money.
Our Commitment:
To highlight the best features of your home and create a scene throughout that will appeal to the greater majority of buyers. We will give you the best possible value for your dollar when marketing your home.
Your home is in competition with all the other homes for sale in your neighborhood. A buyer has many choices in today's market. Your home needs to win the game, it needs to present itself better than the competition. Call today, and: Get Staged...Get Sold...Get Revamped! |
Areas of Expertise
Home Staging Services
Stage to Sell
Let Revamp transform your home into the right environment that is ready to sell. We prepare and stage the home, inside and out, so the potential buyers can imagine themselves living there. We assess and compare your home to today's colors and trends. We offer a variety of home staging, updating, and upgrading services to help you lock in profits when you sell. Any home can be transformed, regardless of size, condition, or age. We will consult with you and give you a detailed report of how you can stage your own home, or we can do it all for you. We can do as much or as little as your budget permits.
Vacant Property
Furnished homes sell faster and for more money than vacant homes. Revamp will bring interest and enhance architectural features of the home to create an atmosphere of inviting living spaces. Using only quality furnishings and accessories from our own inventory, your house will be staged by an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) utilizing unique home staging techniques.
Stage Your Own Home Do it Yourselfers will benefit from an in home consultation from one of our Staging Professionals. Once you decide to sell your home, it needs to change from the home you live in to a property that appeals to the most buyers. The home needs to be seen through the eyes of a buyer to make sure you are putting your time and efforts into the right tasks.
